Listed below is Advents current standard lodge environmental criteria and some Eco enhancements that can be specified. Standard lodge environmental criteria

Roof tiles USA energy star rating. US Green Building Council; Member. Contains 25-30% recycled content with a long life cycle and end of life recyclable
Roof structure FSC timber trusses, Ceiling is foil backed MDF
Loft insulation Crown Loft Roll 100mm glass roll double layered. Crown Loft Roll is free from CFCs, HCFCs and any other material with ozone depletion potential in its manufacture and content and represents no known threat to the environment.
Exterior cladding Canexel siding made from recycled wood waste, will not require repainting for at least 25 years and then with water based paint
Exterior Wall
Structure  		 Siding then 25mm batten and air gap, breather paper and 9.5mm plywood, then 70mm timber with Isover 50mm frame batts between studs. 12.5mm foil backed Plasterboard to internals. All timber products FSC.
Interior Wall
Structure		 70mm timber with Isover 50mm frame batts between studs. 12.5mm Plasterboard to internals. All timber products FSC.
Walls insulation Isover 50mm Low Energy Frame Batten, made from 80% recycled glass with low VOC levels.
Floor structure Timber, chipboard and plywood are all FSC sourced
Floor insulation 60mm Jablo insulation slab. free from CFCs, HCFCs is non-toxic and constitutes no threat to the ozone layer
Chassis All steel chassis. Steel is always made from recycled steel and is recyclable again at the end of its life.
Finishes      All paints and stains – are water based with low VOC* levels

Insulation CFC-free Envirofoam insulation
An eco-friendly light-weight, solid insulating foam material
Exterior cladding FSV supply pine wood cladding with water based stain.
Heating A-rated Boiler
Appliances    All appliances A ratings (or A++ for fridges and freezers).
